RN Elisab Carter of Cranfild 43 y. 14 y sinc had a childe novemb. 26. die ☾ h. 10. 15 ant m. 1599 never well sinc shee bred two twins & on dyed. /payned in her brest.\

RN Iohn Phylip sick ever sinc thursday being the 30 of Decēb \novemb/ sent to me agayne the 4 of Decemb sick very greevously in his hart & body he is swelled in his body from the belly vnto his hart. he is Costive & so hath cōtinued ever sinc thursday last & is very exceeding ill & weeke. Decēber. 4. \die ☾./ h: 9. 15. ant m. 1598 his hart \is good/ & his tonge talketh cheerf but his body swelled.

RN Elisabeth Honour of Newp 40. never well sinc Christmas. troubled w^th the mothr {sic}. and hath not her course ready to stop her winde & casteth vp all her meate. payned at her harte. 13 of Marche. die ♂ ♄ {sic}. 7. 45. ant m. 1599.
